Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, White Lily Jewelry will accept returns for a replacement or refund for in-store credit only if an item is found to be defective upon delivery.

Our team is taking great care to represent and describe our products accurately on our website. We kindly ask if you have any questions about a certain item before making a purchase, please contact us via e-mail and we will provide you with any and all information requested to the best of our ability.

Also, White Lily Jewelry team scrupulously monitors the quality of every piece of jewelry that we send to our customers. However, if you receive your order and have found a manufacturing defect in the quality of any item, please request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible within the 5 days. We ask that you attach a photo of the defect in the item, and we will exchange or refund your item for in-store credit. The full amount of your purchase will be refunded to you in the form of a e-gift card that you can use to shop on our site. Processing time for an exchange or refund in-store credit is 3-5 days.

White Lily Jewelry DOES NOT accept any claims, exchanges, or refunds after 5 days an order is received.

If you provide a wrong address upon checkout, unfortunately the address can no longer be corrected as the item has already shipped with no way of us retrieving the package. In this case, the customer must place a new order. No refunds or reships will be provided for the wrong input of address.

Also, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Class Action Waiver
